Each year, we ask current Pathways students and their families to re-register if they would like to continue participating in the Pathways to Education program for the upcoming school year. Re-registration for 2025 / 2026 has begun so please keep an eye out for more information.

You will need the student's Ontario Education Number (OEN) and Student Number.
This information can be found on either a report card or Information Index Card (you can call the school for this document).

Access to an email address is also needed.
You will have the option to complete the required registration documents electronically, so you will need access to an email address where to the document can be completed and signed via DocuSign.
